PUNK BRATS PODCAST
"We believe it’s time for media outlets to stop labeling brats by age. Military brats come in all stages of life, from childhood to senior adulthood—and we’re proud of that identity, no matter our age. We didn't serve. We got served!" - Punk Brats
Punk Brats is a dynamic monthly podcast hosted by the Quintero Sisters, Rose and Lisa, dedicated to connecting military brats from around the world. We explore the unique experiences and challenges of brat life—whether you’re a stateside brat, stationed overseas, or have lived both worlds. We want to hear YOUR story!
Are you currently an active brat? Have your past experiences shaped who you are today? Share your voice with us—your call will be recorded!
Not a brat but have a question or comment? No problem! Leave us a message on our 24/7 voice line at 512-254-5989. You can share up to a two-minute message, and we’d love to hear from you.

Overseas Brats is considered one of the largest U.S. military brat organizations. Created in 1986 by Joe Condrill, his mission was to bring ALL brats around the world together in one place for camaraderie, fun, and sharing about each other's brat heritage. Son of an Army officer, Joe lived in 21 locations in his 19 years as an Army Brat. He attended DoDDS schools in Boeblingen, Germany and Orleans, France, and spent a summer near Verona, Italy. He attended schools in Hawaii, the international schools in Bangkok, Thailand followed by Tehran, Iran where he graduated from high school. The next few years takes Joe on a journey as he joined the USAF. After his service, he joined the Princess and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Ships, where he carried on his passion for traveling around the world.
